  Went for the breakfast, clearly unable to cope with the volume of people. Paid for unlimited tea but was unable to get anywhere close to get any and also had to leave without getting any toast, there needs to be someone doing the toast and more than one place for tea and coffee. Heavily pregnant and it was so hot in there that we had to leave earlier than we would have done, honestly thought I was going to pass out. Won't be returning.

  Staff very good and the carvery was fair, our gammon was very good turkey ok, however beef was extremely poor as it seemed to be the wrong meat for roasting as it was very tough, the vegetables were not brilliant maybe during quite times offer smaller amounts of veg and replace more often. I complained about the food and was pleased with the quick response from the management our waiter Eric was a good member of the staff! .
