Decent pubs with decent staff, deserve the business, unfortunately this is not the case with the Royal Oak. Have got a new local, we are made to feel very welcome, staff are so polite and serve with a smile on their face, not grunted at, not using mobile phones whilst working and ignoring customers. I will never set foot in that pub again. In fact they have done me a huge favour. It could be a great pub, minus certain bar staff!!!!!November 09, 2016
