  Nice place to bring my young family been coming since it opened in stafford the only downside is the pizza was brought out to us and we was still eating our starters so our pizza went cold

  Food was ok but the service was shocking. It was quiet and had to wait and draw attention to the staff to get out meals. They turned up in the wrong order and on many occasions they were no staff in the main area for periods of many minutes but were seen gossiping at the back like a youth club. We complained to the manager who had not been seen all evening but was apologetic. First lesson is to ensure your staff know what is on the menu and what it is supposed to come with.

  We are staying in the travelodge next door and ordered to collect. Our food was ready exactly 20 minutes after ordering, smelt amazing as we collected and tasted even better. Being the silly people we are, we forgot about our bottle of Pepsi. My boyfriend went back across to get it and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The lady offered 2 bottles as an apology, my boyfriend tried to just take the one bottle but she insisted he take both. Amazing customer service and such great staff! Will definitely be going back before we leave.
